Raven EMS Education Program Manual
Section 3.85 - Data and Recordkeeping

All student and course records are kept in an electronic student file and are available to the student to review upon request.

Student transcripts are updated as each course completion certificate is completed. A transcript is given to each student with each certificate. Transcripts are maintained indefinitely in an electronic format.

All student and program records are stored electronically indefinitely.

Prior to offering any initial EMR, EMT, AEMT or Paramedic course, a course outline and syllabus will be submitted to the North Carolina Office of EMS for approval according to NCOEMS guidelines (NCOEMS, 2020).
