Sub-Section 5.12.571 - Withdrawal

The student shall submit in writing with the date and signature a request to withdrawal to the Lead Instructor. An exit interview shall be conducted with the Program Director.

All issued materials must be returned if the student withdraws prior to the end of the course. These issued items include but are not limited to:
